than 180 women and 225 children participate in Residential and Transitional
Care Coordination Programs. Women are
African-American (73%), Caucasian (22%), Hispanic (4%), and American Indian
(1%). Participants range in age from 18
to 70, (the majority are between 22 and 38 years), and ninety-five percent
